Sophia Caprio is an associate in the Litigation Department at Foley & Lardner LLP. She is based in the Boston office where she is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

During law school, Sophia was a summer associate at Foley where she completed a fifty-state client survey, wrote numerous memoranda on labor and employment issues, and participated in the selection of an expert in a pro bono asylum case. She also acted as a student defense attorney for the Boston University School of Law, representing indigent clients, negotiating with prosecutors on their behalf and performing discovery. Sophia also served as a judicial intern for the Supreme Court Clerk Department in Providence, Rhode Island, where she assisted in writing draft opinions.
