Nathan Gruman is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP, based in the firm’s Tampa office, where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice.

Nathan focuses his practice on acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, golf courses, hospitality, and lending. Nathan routinely handles various aspects of real estate transactions, including negotiation of letters of intent and purchase and sale agreements, due diligence, closings, and post-closing matters.

Prior to joining Foley, Nathan interned to the Honorable Sean Flynn, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He also completed a semester-in-practice with the in-house legal department of Raymond James. During undergrad, he was a Bob Graham Civic Scholar at the Bob Graham Center for Public Service.
