Sarah Cate represents developers and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes assisting clients with complex title work related to multimillion-dollar closings across various asset classes. Sarah Cate is a member of the Real Estate Practice.

Sarah Cate began her career at Foley as a summer associate. Before that, Sarah Cate served as a Judicial Intern to The Honorable Anthony Porcelli, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Honorable Morris Silberman, Florida Second District Court of Appeal. In her roles, Sarah Cate drafted memoranda and opinions on social security benefit appeals and a criminal case.
