Jake McComis’ practice includes preparing and prosecuting utility patent applications in a wide variety of technologies, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, image capturing and processing technology, electric vehicles, vehicle telematic networks and devices, credit card processing technology, automated industrial equipment, power tool assembly and power tool control systems, battery cell pack assembly, fluid sensors for tanker trucks, HVAC control systems and diagnostics, data communication network cables, and medical imaging.

Prior to joining Foley, Jake owned and operated a sports performance facility in Wisconsin.
