David Meunier is driven by helping clients on commercial litigation and arbitration matters. He focuses his practice on assisting business organizations with national and state-wide regulations, commercial real estate, and creditor rights matters.

David is currently a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice where he takes a steadfast approach to achieve favorable results based on his client’s goals. David’s attention to detail and client-first mindset puts him a position to resolve matters in an expeditious manner.

Prior to joining Foley, David gained valuable experience working at both a national and a Chicago-based defense litigation firm. He was a legal extern for the Honorable Judge Virginia Kendall in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
