Charles (Charlie) Stevens specializes in complex commercial litigation spanning antitrust, breach of contract, misrepresentation, patents, employment, securities class actions, and fraud investigations. He has extensive experience in preparing client witnesses, taking depositions, and negotiating with adverse third parties on compliance issues.

Charles is based in the San Francisco office, where he is a member of the Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group.

Charles began his legal career as a judicial extern for Judge Richard Seeberg and as an extern with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California.
