Comply with The Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Statute (formerly known as the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA))
Federal government contractors must:
- Disclose to the government all of their cost or pricing
data as of the date of the price agreement. - Certify that their disclosure is current, accurate and
complete.
