Foley announced today that it received 27 national Tier 1 rankings and 113 metropolitan Tier 1 rankings in the 2018 edition of U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms.”
The 2018 practice-area rankings are calculated using client feedback, Best Lawyers peer-review, the Law Firm Survey and the Law Firm Leaders Survey, which utilizes more than seven million evaluations of more than 54,000 individual leading lawyers collected by Best Lawyers. For a practice area to be eligible, a firm must have a lawyer from that practice listed in Best Lawyers “The Best Lawyers in America” 2017, which recognizes the top 4 percent of practicing attorneys in the U.S.
Practice areas are classified and ranked in national and metropolitan categories established by U.S. News – Best Lawyers. Foley’s first-tier rankings include:
