Associate

Robin Zhang helps companies navigate the complex legal landscape to achieve their goals. Robin works in our Business Law Department, specializing in the Transactions Practice Group. He is based in the Silicon Valley office. Robin began at Foley as a summer associate in 2022, where he worked on projects related to venture capital funding, as well as corporate formation and governance. He also assisted in drafting investment agreements and corporate compliance documents. Robin previously interned at a Business Law firm in Menlo Park and an IP Law firm in China. His previous experiences include conducting research for statutes and court decisions for use in amicus briefs and performing due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. In law school, Robin worked as a research assistant focused on cross-border choice-of-law issues.
