Foley & Lardner LLP acted as U.S. counsel to Zehnder Group AG, a Switzerland-based worldwide provider of advanced heating, cooling, and ventilation technology, in its acquisition of the Canadian ventilation company Airia Brands, Inc., which has been active in the development, manufacturing and distribution of heat recovery ventilation systems for more than 35 years.
With this acquisition, Zehnder is significantly expanding its market position in North America.
The Foley deal team, working with Canadian counsel Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, was led by Partner Chris Rasmussen, with significant contributions from Partner Lauren Loew.
