Foley Named M&A Advisor Award Winner for Materials Deal of the Year

Foley was recognized with an M&A Advisor Turnaround Award for Materials Deal of the Year for the firm’s work on behalf of Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies, Inc. in its chapter 11 sale to Douglas Telecommunications. The awards recognize 2016’s leading professionals in the distressed investing and reorganization industry whose work has established them as top performers in the space.

The winners were selected from more than 300 participating companies by an independent panel of M&A experts. They will be honored at a black tie gala on March 23, 2017 at the Colony Hotel in Palm Beach, FL.
