Partner Jeanne Gills was quoted in a January 14, 2014 BNA’s Patent, Trademark & Copyright Journal article titled “NY Agrees to Terms With Patent Troll MPHJ, Firm Fights Back With Lawsuit Against FTC.” The article discusses an agreement signed with the New York state attorney general by patent assertion entity MPHJ Technology Investments LLC. Gills was quoted saying, “I would be surprised if MPHJ did not use similar guidelines required in NY to its activities in other states.”
