Special Counsel Andrew Baluch was quoted in an October 28, 2013 Fox Business article titled “Will the Innovation Act Stop Patent Abuses?” The article discusses the Innovation Act recently introduced by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA). Baluch was quoted saying, “Although the driving force or motivation for this legislation is to go after patent trolls, there are very few provisions, if any, that single out non-practicing entities. It applies generally to all patent owners and all patent litigants.”
