Foley Partner Michael Overly contributed an article to the Winter 2015/2016 edition of The Lexis Practice Advisor Journal titled, “Drafting and Negotiating Effective Cloud Computing Agreements” on November 30, 2015. The article reviews some of the differences between cloud computing agreements and more traditional software licensing. Overly also explores several key issues to consider in the drafting and negotiating process.
