With experience in domestic and foreign prosecution of patents and trademarks, Chance guides his clients through the complex legal framework of protecting his client’s valuable IP both at in the U.S. and abroad. The companies he works with represent a wide range of sectors, including plastics manufacturing, food packaging manufacturing, skin care products, and technology.

Before joining Foley, Chance served as an olefins unit maintenance engineer for INEOS Olefins & Polymers where he worked with various unit stakeholders to ensure that the unit’s rotating and fixed equipment was repaired and installed promptly and safely.
