NTCHBA 2019 Conference

Partner Larry Waks, a member of the firm’s Transactions and Intellectual Property Practices, will speak at the National Trust Closely Held Business Association’s (NTCHBA) 2019 Annual Conference in Austin, Texas, on September 9-12, 2019.

Topics to be covered at the conference include new tax law impacts for closely held businesses, transitioning a business within families, and managing transactional risk from a legal and valuation standpoint. Larry’s presentation will focus on the unique aspects of conducting M&A transactions on behalf of trusts and trustees.
