Foley Partner Antoinette Konski will be speaking at the inaugural “Implementing the Next-Generation of Antibodies – Capturing the Competitive Edge” conference on January 14-16, 2009 in San Diego, California.
Konski will deliver a presentation titled “Antibody Patents: Getting the Scope You Deserve.” The presentation will review recent judicial and regulatory initiatives that can limit the breadth of antibody patents and provide strategies for obtaining an appropriate claim scope in the new legal environment.
