2008 Employment Law Update

Foley Labor & Employment Partners Bernard J. (Bud) Bobber, Ann I. Mennell, and David J. B. Froiland hosted the 2008 Employment Law Update, a Foley Executive Briefing Series program. The seminar examined the most notable employment law decisions and new regulations from 2007, and reviewed critical legislation now pending. Human resource professionals and employment law counsel had an opportunity to review important developments and to gain practical guidance regarding what these changes mean for them.
