In the June 27, 2007 issue of the Florida Times-Union, the article, “BAE says it will still buy Armor despite inquiry,” quotes Greg Neppl, a partner in Foley’s Washington, D.C. office. Neppl was quoted on the Armor deal being investigated by the U.S. Justice Department as saying that if BAE and Armor are committed to the deal then any objections raised now will not stop the deal from being completed.
