Foley Partner Martin Bishop was quoted in an article published in CRM Buyer on December 2, 2011. In the article titled “CFPB: Consumers Struggle to Understand Credit Card Policies,” Bishop discusses the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s first report of consumer complaints about credit card companies. He regards the report as a reflection of positive trends in the credit card industry and adds that many of the complaints issued were resolved and there is little data to suggest a widespread problem to understand credit terms by consumers.
