Foley Partner Bryan House discussed the delayed settlement of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s case against Koss Corp. in an article that appeared in the Business Journal of Milwaukee on December 30, 2011. In the article titled “Federal judge delays settlement of SEC case against Koss Corp.,” House said the SEC might be able to move forward with the settlement provided it can offer enough information to support the allegations that Koss and its chief executive officer violated the Securities Exchange Act.
