Baluch Quoted in Corporate Counsel

Special Counsel Andrew Baluch was quoted in an article by Corporate Counsel on October 29, 2013 titled “Should ‘Patent Troll’ Reform Be Left to the Judiciary?” The article discusses the recent “Innovation Act of 2013” introduced by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, aimed at curbing patent litigation.
