Partner John Wilson was quoted in a Wall Street Journal article published on May 2, 2014, titled “NBA Response to Sterling-Clippers Fiasco Holds Lessons for Companies.” The article analyzed how other professional sports organizations and companies have responded to crises in light of the National Basketball Association’s actions in handling the public fallout surrounding Los Angeles Clippers Owner Donald Sterling. Regarding the balance companies have to make to get information out both quickly and fully, Wilson said, “In my practice I am often wrestling with, ‘Do we have enough information to tell people to get the whole story out in the right manner?’”
