The development of new government vaccine mandates means employers should begin preparing their company’s vaccine policies, starting with collecting vaccination cards and figuring out a way to monitor compliance with weekly testing for those not vaccinated. “The policy will need to include paid time off for vaccinations and any resulting side effects,” says Hoffman, in a Q&A article with Texas Lawyer.
