Foley & Lardner LLP Partner Louis Lehot and Killu Sanborn of Oxford Finance co-authored the Venture Capital Journal article, “Venture debt is filling void for life sciences with equity markets under siege.”
The authors examine the current disconnect between debt and equity markets, give insight into how companies should approach working with debt, and predict what the future of venture loans might resemble as lending terms trend towards reflecting the increased present risk in financing markets.
