Joanne Early represents clients in commercial litigation in Texas state and federal courts, with significant experience as a product liability attorney defending retailers, manufacturers, service providers, professionals, directors/officers, transportation companies and financial institutions. Her clients include Texas Industries Inc., Tuthill Corp. and Orica USA Inc.
Joanne has tried lawsuits for clients against claims of fraud, breach of contract, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, product liability, deceptive trade practices, trade secret protection and litigation, and misappropriation. She has successfully obtained summary judgments and dismissals in many cases, including class action lawsuits arising out of fraud claims, mass torts and chemical exposure cases.
