Wesley F. Harward

Wesley Harward is a senior counsel and litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP.  Wesley is based in the Salt Lake City office where he is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

Prior to joining Foley, he worked as an associate at a national law firm in Salt Lake City where he successfully represented clients in matters involving contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property. Wesley also has experience drafting and preparing opinions for publication, assisting with jury trials, drafting bench memoranda, and researching legal issues in both civil and criminal cases.
