Samantha Saddler utilizes her practical industry knowledge to advocate for her clients in complex commercial litigation, including class actions, securities, and complex business disputes, as well as in government enforcement investigations and examinations. She represents clients in the food and beverage, automotive, telemedicine, financial service entities, and accounting firms and their professionals. She is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Securities Enforcement & Litigation Practice Groups.

Samantha’s practice is focused on representing entities and individuals alike in litigation pending in state and federal courts nationwide, as well as in confidential arbitrations and in connection with investigations and proceedings by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and other regulatory entities.

Samantha also prioritizes her pro bono work, including by securing an order granting asylum for a well-deserving client in 2022. Prior to joining Foley, Samantha served as a law clerk in the Federal Civil Rights Litigation Division of the City of Chicago Department of Law where she conducted research, drafted pleadings and briefs, and assisted with discovery tasks. Samantha also served as a teaching assistant at the University of Illinois College of Law where she taught students how to develop their legal writing skills.
