Emma Soldon handles a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters. Her experience includes insurance litigation, trade secrets actions, and breach of contract disputes. As a key member of the litigation team, Emma has developed case strategy and drafted several successful briefs and motions in federal and state courts. Emma joined Foley’s San Francisco office after graduating from Harvard Law School, where she was a quarter finalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition, the Teaching Fellow for Family Law, and a Senior Editor of the Harvard Law and Policy Review.
