Emma E. Soldon is a litigation associate in Foley & Lardner LLP’s San Francisco office.
As a member of the Commercial Litigation group, Emma focuses her practice on insurance coverage and health care litigation. She represents insurers in complex coverage disputes involving significant exposures, emerging risks, and novel coverage issues. Her health care litigation experience includes payor-provider disputes, ERISA litigation, class actions, and False Claims Act matters.
Emma is committed to pro bono service. She has served on Criminal Justice Act (CJA) panel teams defending indigent clients in federal criminal proceedings, and she represents veterans through Swords to Plowshares, a Bay Area-based nonprofit.
Emma earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She is admitted to practice in California and New York.
