Bryce W. Talbot

Associate

Bryce Talbot is an attorney in the Litigation department with Foley & Lardner LLP and is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group.

Prior to Foley, Bryce gained substantial experience in all stages of litigation in state and federal court, including motion practice, initiating litigation, conducting complex discovery, and preparing for trial. Bryce also has experience with appeals, including writing briefs at intermediate and supreme courts and was previously a judicial clerk to Justice John A. Pearce for the Supreme Court of the State of Utah.
