Overview

Christopher Ullman is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Fund Formation & Investment Management Practice. Chris focuses his practice on the representation of private investment fund sponsors and investment advisers operating venture capital, growth equity, buyout, credit and debt and other strategies in connection with a broad range of issues including fund structuring and formation, internal governance, regulatory compliance and day-to-day management and operations. Chris also advises institutional investors on all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of private investment fund interests in the U.S. and abroad, both on a primary basis and in connection with secondary market transactions.
