Partner George T. Lee III will present “Hot Issues for Investment Fund Managers” at the Dallas Bar Association’s Securities Law Section meeting.
The presentation will give an overview of the regulatory regime that is applicable to sponsors and managers of private investment funds post Dodd-Frank with a focus on recent SEC actions and areas of focus. Professional responsibility issues raised in connection with the representation of investment funds will also be discussed.
