Richard Warburg, a partner in the firm’s Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical and Chemical & Pharmaceutical Practices, will be speaking at the upcoming IBC TIDES convention entitled, “Oligonucleotide and Peptide® Technology and Product Development: Proven Strategies for Successful Drug and Diagnostic Development” on May 20-23 in Las Vegas.
Dr. Warburg will present on “IP Fortress and IP Freedom for Oligos and Peptides”. This presentation will provide an update on IP laws, existing landscapes (including siRNA), and strategies for success. Attendees will gain insight on how to maneuver through the morass of University and competitor IP to be able to sell or use your products; and, at the same time obtain funding to use for science — not lawyers. Additionally, Dr. Warburg will moderate a roundtable discussion around the topic of IP for siRNA, Oligos and Peptides.
