Employee Benefits Broadcast (March 2009)

Foley hosted a special edition of the Employee Benefits Broadcast Web conference series to discuss the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and its effect on the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) subsidy provisions.

Samuel F. Hoffman and Leigh C. Riley summarized the new COBRA provisions and provided practical tips to help employers comply with the law, which became effective on March 1, 2009.
