Foley Attorneys David Rosen and Jaime Guerro along with Lauren Stevens and Lorna Tanner presented a workshop, “When Bad Things Happen to Good People: In House Counsel Behind Bars,” the workshop included a discussion of inequitable conduct and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act as well as trade embargos and anti-boycott laws.
