On Wednesday, November 2, 2011 Foley participated in the BIO IP Counsels Committee Conference at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, NY.

Foley Attorneys David Rosen and Jaime Guerro along with Lauren Stevens and Lorna Tanner presented a workshop, “When Bad Things Happen to Good People: In House Counsel Behind Bars,” the workshop included a discussion of inequitable conduct and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act as well as trade embargos and anti-boycott laws.
