Peter S. Vogel, a partner in Gardere’s litigation practice group and chair of the firm’s internet, eCommerce and technology team, will serve as a panelist for a live webcast on deciding whether to settle or litigate a case using data analytics.
During the webcast, trial professionals will teach participants how to use analytics to make the best-case decisions for clients, discern what numbers are available and how useful they are, make the business argument for adjusting case strategy to include next-generation analytics, and understand where technology application trends are headed within various practice areas.
