Partners Ric Henschel and Kevin Littman contributed an article to Science Business, “U.S. Supreme Court Strengthens Patents (For a Change),” on June 23, 2016. The article discussed the decision earlier this month in the Supreme Court case of Halo v. Pulse, which will give owners of U.S. patents a greater likelihood of being awarded enhanced damages. Henschel and Littman said this will raise the value of patents – and increase the incentive to sue for infringement.

Hodges case decided by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2015, for an engaging fireside chat with LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group vice chair Katie Harrington. A self-described accidental activist, it was an unexpected series of events that led Obergefell and his partner of more than 20 years, John, to their decision to marry and ultimately become part of the legal fight that led to nationwide marriage equality.
