The first column in an upcoming regular series of columns by Foley Partner Mark Foley was featured in the March 4, 2008 issue of Wisconsin Technology Network. His column, titled “Expert Testimony May be Needed for E-Discovery Keyword Searches,” addresses a recent ruling that will require expert testimony to determine the adequacy of keyword search terms used to identify and produce electronically stored information.
