Lee Quoted in M&A Journal

Foley Partner Julie Lee was quoted in an article titled “Accessing China” in the China M&A and Private Equity Section of the June 2008 issue of M&A Journal. Lee gave her insight into the M&A decisions faced by many US investors expanding their businesses to China, adding that in addition to outright buy-outs, forming properly structured joint ventures with Chinese partners may be appropriate under certain circumstances.
