Bailey Quoted on Tax-Credit Bonds

Foley Partner Michael Bailey was quoted in an article titled “Not-So-Warm Embrace; Market Mixed on Taxable Tax-Credit Bonds” in the March 30, 2009 issue of The Bond Buyer. Bailey provides insight into Congress-authorized bonds that are stripped of tax credits and sold to investors, adding that the bonds could revolutionize the market and open doors to new investors such as pension funds, foreign countries and even state and local governments.
