Foley Partner Bruce Keyes was quoted in an article that appeared on Environmental Law360 on August 13, 2009 titled “States Beef Up Guidance On Vapor Intrusion.” Keyes discusses the continuing debate over how to evaluate potential exposure pathways and measure acceptable levels of toxic vapors in indoor air. He remarks that regulators are becoming more comfortable and more uniform in terms of when to evaluate the issue, but are still in a state of flux as to how to evaluate it and what the data means.
