Energy Client Wins $95.5 Million and Eagle Ford Shale Expanse

The court found in favor of Longview based on breach of fiduciary duty and aiding and abetting claims.

"If you serve on a board, you're not allowed to compromise your loyalties," says Mr. Florence. "You have to serve that board. If you act as an investor, you have to put the company first and put your personal interest second."
