Foley announced today that the firm has been named to Corporate Counsel’s list of 2012 “Litigation Kings,” ranking among the top five firms that represent Fortune 100 clients in litigation matters. In addition, Foley was named to the publication’s list of 2012 “Kings of IP” for representing Fortune 100 clients in intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution.
Both rankings appear in the results of Corporate Counsel’s 2012 “Who Represents America’s Biggest Companies” survey, an annual listing of firms that the Fortune 100 use as outside counsel. To develop its list, the publication reviewed thousands of court filings and ranked firms based on the number of times they represented a Fortune 100 company in the last year. Foley received mentions from Fortune 100 companies including General Electric Company, CVS Caremark Corporation, and Kraft Foods Inc.
