Gardere Announces New Trial Group Co-Chairs

Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP announced the appointment of Mark W. Bayer and Geoffrey H. Bracken as co-chairs of the Firm's litigation group. While working together on issues of importance to the Firm as a whole, Mr. Bayer will lead the group from the Dallas office, and Mr. Bracken will be the primary leader in the Houston and Austin offices.

Gardere has one of the largest and strongest litigation practices in the Southwest. Litigation handled by the group encompasses trials in the U.S. district courts, all state courts and appellate matters in both federal and state courts of appeals, including the U.S. Supreme Court. The Firm has represented clients before various state, national and international arbitration boards, and is well known for handling large class action litigation.
