Foley is pleased to announce that the firm’s work with the acquisition of Automotive Industrial Plastics Business of Wicor Holdings AG by Techniplas was recognized as “Industrial Manufacturing/Distributing Deal of the Year” at the 2014 Dealmakers’ Awards ceremony on October 22. The inaugural Awards Ceremony was held at Bloomberg’s European Headquarters and honored the leading deal teams and firms whose activities set the standard for M&A transactions in the UK and Europe.
The Foley team consisted of Jim Peterson, Corey Sheahan, Tyler Parramore and Spencer Moats.
