Partner Don Schroeder was quoted in a Law360 article, “Obama’s NLRB Legacy to Face Some Trump Reversals,” covering how the National Labor Relations Board will likely change under President Trump.
“I think the pendulum swung so far in one direction [under Obama] that there’s no question that it’ll swing back,” Schroeder said. “I don’t think it’ll swing back all the way in the other direction.”
Additionally, in response to management-side attorneys hoping for the board to revise the Browning-Ferris joint employer test, Schroeder said that the idea of franchisors being joint employers with their franchisees will likely go by the wayside under President Trump.
