Compliance Week
Partner David Simon was quoted in a Compliance Week article, “The FCPA is unlikely to vanish under President Trump,” covering how anti-corruption compliance and ethical decision-making will continue to be top-of-mind with the new administration.
Simon was quoted saying that “it would be a mistake to conclude from all of this that somehow there is going to be a sea of change in the enforcement environment.” He then continues to explain that any changes taking place will likely be through amendments to the FCPA.
