Partner Mike Overly was quoted in a Business Insurance article, “Rule clarifies, speeds up government info to firms on cyber security flaws,” about the Trump administration’s new protocols for when to reveal cyber security flaws to private companies.
Overly said the new rules are not so much a fix of Obama administration policies as they are the establishment of a structured process to resolve potential disagreements on disclosure. “They’re not trying to take giant leaps here,” he said.
