Foley Advises Sales Benchmark Index Through Investment by CIP Capital

Foley & Lardner LLP represented the equity owners of Sales Benchmark Index LLC (SBI), a management consulting firm focused on revenue growth, in connection with their sale of the Company to private equity firm CIP Capital.

The transaction, completed on January 7, 2020, allows SBI to maintain its client-first approach while accelerating the growth of its capabilities and investing in its team, specialty practice areas and benchmarking solutions. It also enables SBI to explore acquisitions that will enhance practice areas focused on revenue growth.
